• Order and Account Data: During the ordering process, your email address, first and last name, and billing address are collected and stored. Upon purchasing a license, a customer account is automatically created. This data is used for issuing the invoice, delivering the license, managing your customer account, and for technical support.
• Contact and Support Inquiries: If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, your details (name, email address, and the content of your message) are stored by us for processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.
• Server Logs: When visiting the website, technical data (e.g., browser type, date/time of access) is stored in log files on the server to ensure the security and stability of the website.

3. Cookies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your computer to enable functions such as logging into the customer account. Without these cookies, the password-protected area cannot be used technically.

4. Data Disclosure
As a matter of principle, your personal data stored with us is not disclosed to third parties.

• Payment Processing: Payment is made via external payment service providers (e.g., PayPal or Stripe). During the payment process, you will be redirected to the website of the respective provider. The entry and processing of your payment data take place exclusively with this service provider. In this process, none of the contact details provided to us (such as name, email, or address) are transmitted by us to the payment service provider. We only receive confirmation of successful payment in order to activate your license.
• Legal Obligation: Your data is only disclosed if there is a legal obligation to do so or if it is required for the defense of legal claims.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Storage and Archiving
Your data is stored as long as your customer account exists in order to enable you permanent access to your order documents and license data. Communication via contact forms or email is permanently archived for the purpose of support history and documentation of contract history. You can request the deletion of your data at any time, provided that there are no statutory retention requirements (especially for accounting reasons) that prevent this.
